Pectoral and Tricep Muscle Atrophy

This Blog is aimed at providing information, resources and a diary tracking my progress, or more to the point, the development of my left triceps and pectoral muscle.

Long story short, initial pain was in the back and neck, this over a week culminated in the entire left side of my back tensing up, I was unable to sit or lie down for more than 5 minutes, eventually I was given pain killers for a period of 2 months.

With no training over this period and the use of pain killers, the pain subsided and eventually I was able to carry on as normal, however, I noticed the Pectoral muscle had what seemed like a tear through the middle, a few Dr visits later and I was put forward for a MRI scan (let's not go into how long the NHS took to get to this point) fast forward 6 months, results in and apparently I have a slipped disc on the 6th vertebrae leading to loss of signal to the pectoral  and triceps.
